The Amiga was a computer platform launched in 1985. It had audio/video capabilities & operating system features far outperforming the PCs and Macintosh computers of its time — arguably not surpassed until 10-15 years later with Windows 95 or Windows 2000, depending on who you ask.

AmigaVision is a project that aims to balance preservation of the historical and current output of the Amiga games and demo scene as accurately as possible, while still being usable for people new to the Amiga computer, making it as easy to use as any game console.
